You will coach new agents on building strong habits, following proven systems, and navigating real transactions, all while staying engaged in your own career. You will also benefit from one of the strongest coaching and training platforms in the industry, consistent in-person support, and a collaborative environment that drives energy and accountability.

First year earning potential when hitting goals: $150,000+ combined coaching and sales income

Compensation:

$150,000 at plan

Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and guide new agents
  • Share best practices in lead generation, conversion, and business planning
  • Model professional standards and client service excellence
  • Facilitate training sessions and group accountability meetings
  • Support mentees in contract writing, negotiation, and compliance review
  • Continue managing and growing your own real estate business
  • Collaborate with leadership to strengthen office production and retention
  • Contribute to a positive, energetic, and productive office culture

Qualifications:

  • Active real estate license in good standing
  • Proven track record of consistent sales production
  • Strong desire to teach, lead, and inspire other agents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and productivity systems
  • Organized and disciplined with strong follow-through
  • Coachable and growth-oriented mindset
  • Passion for helping others succeed while expanding your own career
