What You Can Expect To Be Doing
Ipsos' Global Syndicated Healthcare Services produces the Global Therapy Monitor, a leading syndicated research study, providing real-world patient data combined with professional healthcare perspectives across over 30 common and rare diseases globally. Our additional syndicated research offerings, many built upon the Therapy Monitor framework, explore pharmaceutical promotional impact, patient experiences within specific disease areas, and key healthcare trends.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the research process from questionnaire writing and research design, analysis, and interpretation of results through to preparation of reports
- Liaising on a regular basis with all key internal operations groups (data collection, data processing and results reporting) to ensure that reliable results are delivered to client in a timely, cost-efficient manner
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients by responding to queries and providing updates per client requests
- Work with senior team members to understand the business needs of the client and translate them to the appropriate research design
- Attend client briefing meetings and results presentations, build presentation skills via attending client presentations and through dedicated skills training
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong quantitative analysis skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data
- Ability to visualize data in an engaging and compelling way
- Strong attention to detail with commitment to accuracy and integrity
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite; specifically, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Experience with Generative AI to improve efficiency/impact throughout the research process preferred
- Ability to provide mentorship and support to junior team members
This might be the job for you if you have:
- Completed a Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2+ years market research, healthcare experience, specifically Oncology.
- Experience with questionnaire design and sampling approaches
- Quantitative research skills
- A passion for working with data and extracting meaningful insights
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite; specifically, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information
- Data savvy with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation
- Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted project budgets and to create, manage, and commit to a project plan, schedule, and budget
- Highly motivated, self-directed & possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
- Thrives within a team environment
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills
* NOTE: This role will require you to work Eastern Time hours.

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $60,000-$72,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
