Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Business Analyst based in New York, NY, with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements, analyze existing business processes, and identify opportunities for optimization. Primary responsibilities include performing detailed data analyses, crafting actionable recommendations, and facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams. The role involves problem-solving to support business objectives as well as ensuring solutions align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for data evaluation, critical thinking, and identifying business trends
  • Proficiency in Business Analysis, including capability to document and model processes
  • Effective Communication skills to translate complex concepts between stakeholders and teams
  • Experience with Business Processes and optimization strategies
  • A thorough understanding of documenting and managing Business Requirements
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Advanced expertise in tools such as MS Excel, Tableau, JIRA, or other process management platforms is an advantage
  • Experience in stakeholder management and driving process improvement initiatives
