Photo Lab Technician & Customer Service Representative Positions

Introduction:

Pro Image Photo, a well-established retail imaging lab, is seeking two dedicated individuals to join our growing team. We are currently hiring for the following positions:

• Photo Lab Technician
• Customer Service Representative (Front Counter)

Both roles are essential to maintaining our high-quality service and production standards. The Lab Technician supports our film and digital workflow, while the Customer Service Representative assists customers with orders and ensures a smooth front-end experience.

Position Overview:

As our business continues to expand, we are offering an opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work, demonstrate reliability, and thrive in a fast-paced production or customer service environment.

Both the Lab Technician and Customer Service Representative will play important roles in supporting daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

The positions require attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong sense of responsibility. While prior experience in a photo lab, retail photo service, or related field is preferred, we value commitment and willingness to learn above all.

Candidate Requirements:

· Provide verifiable references from previous employers

· Maintain a drug-free work environment (including abstention from illegal or recreational substances)

· Possess a functional understanding of photography, imaging, or customer service principles

· Demonstrate proficiency in multitasking amidst frequently changing priorities and tight deadlines

· Exhibit a courteous and professional demeanor at all times

· Be available to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays) during the initial six-month period

· Show a long-term commitment to the organization

· Reside within commuting distance (no more than one hour from the workplace; no exceptions)

Compensation and Benefits:

• During the training/probation/test period (up to 2 months), wage will be paid at a competitive hourly rate based on experience.
• Upon successful completion of training, full-time employees will receive:
• Annual salary of $55,000
• 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO) per year
• 40-hour work week
