Overview

As a Campaign Manager at Arthur Elliott, you are responsible for guiding the Company's Digital

Campaign Management, inclusive of advertising tactics used, tracking implementation,

campaign optimization, and the general execution and maintenance of digital advertising

campaigns run by the Company.

You have in-depth, hands-on experience managing paid social, google, and a variety of digital ads across various social media platforms. You also have experience working with digital vendors and partners as well as client teams. You are the type of person that focuses on creating better results for our clients, and you never drop the ball.

Position Responsibilities

  • Launching, managing, pacing, and optimizing multiple campaigns simultaneously, for brands across business verticals.
  • Working with partners and digital vendors to ensure execution is successful and keeping up to date with their capabilities and trends.
  • Understand the basics of the google suite of services, what they do and when to use them.
  • Tracking & attribution set-up and execution, within social/google and other ad platforms.
  • Deliver campaign data analysis & insights in relation to your managed campaigns.
  • Write or review paid media campaign setups including targeting, placements, budgets, and conversion tracking
  • Optimize campaigns in real-time, making data-informed decisions to improve performance and ROI
  • Research new platforms and industry trends.
  • GTM management and pixel implementation experience.
  • Help monitor community engagement (organic side) or audience segments (paid side) and surface relevant trends to provide overall digital reporting and feedback if necessary.
  • Prepare and present detailed monthly and quarterly reports with recommendations for future content or campaign direction

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in paid digital media — ideally in an agency or fast-paced multi-client environment
  • Deep understanding of platform strategy, audience behavior, and content performance optimization
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns with varying objectives, timelines, and budgets
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and execute on time.
  • Attention to detail, data accuracy & efficiency.
  • Analytical, creative, and obsessed with what's working — and why
  • Strong copywriting and content briefing skills (organic) or targeting and optimization skills (paid)
  • Proficient in campaign and analytics platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, etc.)
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and presenting to clients with confidence
  • Familiar with project and reporting tools (Wrike, Microsoft Teams, Zoho CRM)
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, or related field preferred
