This position involves field work, as the In-Home Sales Representative will spend a majority of their time visiting customers' homes to conduct consultations to demonstrate the value and quality of our product. Next Door and Window is a family-owned and operated business fueled by a commitment to success for our customers and our team.
To successfully complete the role of an In-Home Sales Representative at Next Door and Window, he/she must:
- Client Engagement: Provide in-depth consultations in clients' homes, understanding their needs and recommending products that best fit their requirements.
- Sales and Design Proposals: Skillfully design and propose solutions that integrate our windows and door products, enhancing the aesthetic and functionality of client's homes.
- Sales Closure: Expertly negotiate and close sales, ensuring all contracts are promptly entered in the company CRM.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with clients from the initial interaction through the completion of their projects, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
In-Home Sales Representative Basic Qualifications
- Motivated and Independent: Ability to work independently in the field, driven by achieving sales goals and client satisfaction.
- Sales Acumen: Keen ability to engage homeowners and use in-home sales techniques and processes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and team members.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs along with the ability to travel within the Chicagoland area
