Are you a driven and hardworking individual who thrives on meeting new people and building lasting relationships? Dynamo Surfaces, a leading granite and quartz slab distributor, is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys traveling locally, working hard, and is passionate about sales and the home improvement or construction industry. Whether you're an experienced sales professional or have granite/quartz industry knowledge, we're looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with fabricators, contractors, and kitchen & bath designers.
  • Travel daily to meet clients, deliver samples, and close sales.
  • Generate new business through leads, networking, and cold calls.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable products from our premium granite and quartz selection.
  • Work closely with our inside sales and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience (Preferred): Previous outside sales experience, particularly in the granite, quartz, or home improvement industry, is a plus but not required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with granite and quartz products is a bonus
  • Motivated and Hardworking: You must be self-driven, willing to hustle, and eager to succeed.
  • Travel-Ready: Comfortable with daily travel within the assigned territory
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Able to build rapport and understand customer needs effectively.
