You will:Assist retail and shop customers with parts needs in a friendly, professional wayProvide price quotes, answer questions, and manage backordersPull, fill, and ship orders accuratelyOrder out-of-stock and special parts as neededKeep customers updated on order statusSupport outside sales and internal service teamsReceive payments, process credits, and maintain recordsHelp track inventory and keep counter areas organizedStay current on new products and training opportunitiesPromote safety, teamwork, and a positive work environmentWhat We're Looking ForOne year certificate from College or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceCustomer-service focus and strong communication skillsBasic computer knowledgeValid Driver's License required (must meet company insurability standards)Physical RequirementsRegular standing & walkingAbility to lift 25–50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs)Bonus Points For:Prior parts, automotive, or mechanical experienceASE or Truck Parts Certifications (preferred, not required) Why Join Hunter Truck?
