Equity Maintenance Group (EMG) is actively seeking a full time Facilities Maintenance Technician.

About EMG

EMG is an Orlando based property/facilities maintenance company. Our company seeks to provide environmentally friendly, high caliber, property and facilities maintenance services.

Candidates should have a proven track record of being knowledgable, self starting, reliable, honest and hard working.

We are looking for a full time, experienced Maintenance Technician to service commercial properties throughout Central Florida.

Job Duties: -

Perform general maintenance duties and repairs including but not limited to painting, pressure washing, repair to structural elements, including parking lot and sidewalks, drywall and stucco repair, line striping, celing tile replacement and replacement/repair of street signs.

Equipment repair inside and outside of buildings

Operate a variety of equipment to perform preventive maintenance, minor repairs and maintain cleanliness of property

Schedule and perform preventive maintenance

Complete work orders in a timely manner

Performing monthly inspections and reporting findings to a direct supervisor

Assist other departments, including but not limited to leasing, sales and property management.

Qualifications: - At least fice years of prior experience as a Maintenance Technician - always Adhere to safety - Attention to detail -Must be reliable

Requirements: -

Highschool Diploma or equivalent preferred

Ability to use Environmental Health & Safety approved cleaning chemicals to perform essential job functions daily

Must be able to work outdoors

Must be able to pass an extensive background check

Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Must be able and willing to work independently and with other team members, supervisors, clients, and the clients' customers

Must be willing to report to a direct supervisor and work in a professional manner

Must have a valid Florida State Driver's License with a good past/present driving history
