We create quality, affordable homes and engage with our residents to foster a strong sense of community and connection.Join us in making a difference in people's lives every day at a company where you can challenge yourself to develop both personally and professionally.We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Nassau Bay, a 492 unit apartment community in Orlando, FL.Position SummaryAs a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to help create a great living experience for our residents.ResponsibilitiesMonitor property for any repairs or replacements that may ariseComplete work requests for common areas and apartment unitsPerform preventative maintenance on propertyAssess and repair appliances as neededAssist in preparing vacant units ready for new residentsOccasional on-call duties (trip stipend provided if called back to site after regular work hours)Create and maintain a safe work environmentQualifications1 - 2 years previous experience in maintenance preferredBasic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and paintingHVAC and EPA experience preferredCPO certification preferredValid drivers' license and insurance may be requiredAbout Us: Dominium is a purpose-driven leader in affordable housing.
