What you'll do
- Coordinate patient consultations and treatment plans with the orthodontic team to ensure seamless communication.
- Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation of treatments and appointments.
- Schedule and confirm appointments while providing patients with essential information regarding their treatment process.
- Educate patients on orthodontic procedures, care instructions, and financial options available to them.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are prepared for each appointment.
- Handle patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Support the office team with administrative tasks to enhance overall efficiency within the practice.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in a medical or dental office setting, showcasing your familiarity with office procedures.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and staff.

- Previous experience in an orthodontic or dental office environment is highly desirable.
