Job Description

We're seeking a motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to help us grow Truly Gone from the ground up.

What You'll Do
  • Be the first point of contact for inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries
  • Use FieldRoutes software to schedule services, manage customer accounts, and track follow-ups
  • Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to every customer
  • Coordinate with field technicians to ensure smooth scheduling and excellent service delivery
  • Keep detailed and accurate records in FieldRoutes for every customer interaction
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years in customer service 
  • Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Motivated by helping customers and contributing to a growing team's success
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willing to jump in where needed
What We Offer
  • $20–$23/hr base pay depending on experience
  • Paid time off and employee discount
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
