Truly Lawn is experiencing significant growth, and we are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to support the expansion of our lawn care services across residential and commercial markets. This role is ideal for an individual who is energetic, excels in client interactions, and is driven by achieving and exceeding sales targets. What You'll Do
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, emails, and online inquiries
  • Use Real Green software to schedule services, manage customer accounts, and track all sales activity
  • Educate potential customers on Truly Lawn programs, seasonal treatments, and service options
  • Provide thoughtful, tailored recommendations to help customers improve lawn health, enhance outdoor appearance, and maintain long-term property quality
  • Prepare accurate estimates and close sales with professionalism and confidence
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional lawn care services throughout the season
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships through consistent communication and proactive follow-up
  • Coordinate with field technicians to ensure seamless service delivery and a high-quality customer experience
  • Maintain detailed, organized, and accurate documentation of all interactions, estimates, and follow-ups within Real Green
  • Contribute ideas to enhance sales processes, strengthen customer satisfaction, and support overall operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within home services, lawn care, or related industries
  • Experience using Real Green or similar CRM/service management software
  • Strong phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to recommend effective solutions that support long-term lawn and tree health
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and committed to contributing to the success of a growing team
  • Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to collaborate and take initiative where needed
What We Offer
  • Competitive base pay ($20–$23 per hour, depending on experience)
  • 8% commission on closed sales, plus performance-based bonuses
