General Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Jr Product Owner / CRM Delivery Analyst to support the Marketing and CX organization, working closely with the Lead Product Manager to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities. This role bridges business and technology by gathering requirements, translating them into user stories, supporting Agile delivery, and ensuring CRM (Salesforce) solutions are delivered with quality, compliance, and alignment to business goals. The Analyst also provides user training, reporting, and ongoing support to enhance customer and stakeholder experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of CRM or product delivery experience; financial services background preferred
  • Strong Salesforce expertise (Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud); Admin or Product Owner certification a plus
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and translating business needs into technical requirements
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a customer-first mindset
