Responsibilities of the Jr. Recruiter include, but are not limited to:

  • Proactively source and recruit candidates for assigned positions
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to determine job requirements and draft job descriptions
  • Post open jobs using Applicant Tracking System, Indeed, LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, staffing agencies, colleges/universities
  • Review and source resumes that meet job requirements and conduct phone screens to assess applicant qualification
  • Coordinate onsite interviews
  • Track candidate activity; provide communication and updates on positions and selected candidates to hiring managers
  • Draft and extend offer letters
  • Coordinate and track screening process of background checks, drug tests, and physicals
  • Keep up to date on company policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the department as needed
  • Ensure all networking and recruiting processes comply with our company policies and procedures, as well as with all federal and state laws.
  • Respect and maintain complete confidentiality related to all correspondence, records, and materials within the Human Resources Department and other duties as assigned to assist the department

Qualifications of the Jr. Recruiter include, but are not limited to:

  • Previous full cycle recruiting experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail oriented with strong organization skills
  • Demonstrate strong oral, written, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines with a sense of urgency and accuracy
  • Previous experience using employer job boards and Applicant Tracking System
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook required

Working Conditions: Professional Office Environment

Training/Certifications: N/A

Shift Time/Overtime: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm with the option to work 3 days a week remote
