Are you an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/Behavioral Interventionist (BI) who's passionate about making a lasting impact—one child at a time? Join New Behavioral Network (NBN Group) and provide meaningful, in-home ABA therapy for teen siblings in Cherry Hill, NJ.

This is a part-time position, ideal for RBT's and BI's seeking fulfilling, flexible work with a supportive, experienced team behind them.

About the Clients:

  • Teenage siblings with a need for skilled, consistent behavioral support
  • Goals include developing communication and social skills
  • Respond best to routine, patience, and positive reinforcement

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Follow and implement the individualized behavior intervention plan (BIP)
  • Utilize evidence-based strategies (e.g., reinforcement, prompting)
  • Support daily living, communication, and functional skills
  • Maintain accurate and detailed data collection and progress notes
  • Create a safe, engaging, and supportive therapy environment

Requirements:

  • Experience with children and challenging behaviors (including SIB) and aggression.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field

Strong understanding of ABA principles

  • Calm, dependable, and capable under pressure
  • Excellent communicator with a client-centered mindset

Schedule & Location:

  • Client location: Cherry Hill, NJ
  • Flexible part-time hours: primarily afternoons/evenings and weekends
