Do you have deep experience supporting people with dementia and their families?

Home To Stay is seeking a Memory Care Program Manager to lead our AlzBetter Dementia Program — helping families, caregivers, and staff deliver compassionate, informed dementia care across South Jersey.

This role is ideal for someone who has lived and breathed dementia care — not just managed from afar. You'll coach caregivers, train families, and use our AlzBetter tools to improve quality of life for those living with memory loss.

What You'll Do:
  • Support and coach families navigating dementia care.
  • Create individualized care plans using the AlzBetter system.
  • Train caregivers and staff on dementia communication and behavior strategies.
  • Conduct home and community visits to observe and guide care.
  • Lead educational sessions and represent Home To Stay in the community.
  • Collaborate with our nursing and leadership teams to ensure quality outcomes.
What You Bring:
  • Minimum 5 years of handson dementia care experience (required).
  • Strong communication and family coaching skills.
  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred in BSN, psychology, or gerontology)
  • Passion for improving life for people living with Alzheimer's and related dementias.
  • Valid NJ driver's license and ability to travel locally.
