Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and drive the company's growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in business development, process improvement, and project management. This role is essential in ensuring operational efficiency, enhancing productivity, and implementing strategic initiatives that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
  • Develop and implement strategies for business development to drive growth and profitability.
  • Oversee profit loss management to ensure financial sustainability and operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful completion of initiatives.
  • Work with Customers and Vendors to get quotes, create and send estimates & invoices
  • Supervise staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team environment.
  • Conduct regular assessments of operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Skills

  • Strong background in business development with the ability to identify new opportunities.
  • Proficient in profit loss analysis and financial management.
  • Expertise in process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Solid project management skills with experience in leading complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Experience with electric motors and pumps. (Worldwide, Techtop, Marathon, Sulzer, Wilo, etc.) to quote repair jobs, replacements, and to train mechanics
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in supervising teams and managing personnel effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
