Operations Manager (Part-Time) — EG Wraps

We design, print, and deliver elite wraps, signs, and large-format graphics that help brands stand out — from MLB teams to major franchises and everything in between.

We're looking for an Operations Manager to help run the show behind the scenes. This is a part-time, hybrid role for someone who's equal parts organized, proactive, and dependable. You'll keep production moving, clients happy, and systems tight while we continue to scale nationwide.

What You'll Do

  • Manage jobs from quote → proof → print → delivery
  • Oversee production timelines, materials, and vendor coordination
  • Communicate with clients and installers to keep projects aligned
  • Maintain digital systems (MailerLite, Twilio, Zapier, Airtable)
  • Track invoices, payments, and inventory
  • Streamline workflows as the company grows
  • Report directly to the CEO — you'll be his right hand in operations
