What You'll Do:

  • Develop and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support firm growth in new markets (Carolinas High Country, Coast, and South Carolina)
  • Lead digital marketing strategy: website, SEO, Google Ads, social media, and newsletters
  • Track client referrals and marketing performance across platforms
  • Coordinate advertising with local publications and community organizations
  • Manage vendors for digital and print materials
  • Plan and execute firm events, including our signature

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years in a marketing leadership role within a legal or professional office environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Experience with WordPress, MailChimp (or similar), and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X)
  • Graphic design experience is a plus
  • Passion for community engagement—bonus if you've participated or volunteered in running events
