What You'll Do
As a full-time team member, you'll help create a thriving club environment by engaging with members and guests throughout the day. Your responsibilities will include greeting and checking in visitors, giving enthusiastic tours of our facility, answering phones, and assisting with scheduling for clinics, leagues, and tournaments. You'll play a key role in promoting memberships, selling retail and apparel, and ensuring that guests are informed, welcomed, and supported at every touchpoint.

You'll also be hands-on with pro shop operations, stocking inventory, maintaining food and beverage areas, and participating in daily cleaning duties to keep the club in top shape. Your organization, communication skills, and customer-first mindset will help drive both the member experience and club performance.

Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is upbeat, reliable, and service-oriented with a strong sense of initiative and professionalism. To succeed in this role, you must be able to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail, communicate clearly, and contribute to a positive and productive team culture. Experience in hospitality, customer service, or recreational sports is preferred but not required-we're looking for the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to grow.

You should be confident working independently or alongside leadership, and ready to take ownership of both the member experience and the look and feel of the club. We value problem-solvers, self-starters, and those who bring energy to every interaction.
