Your Role as a Dietary Aide:

  • Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents following dietary guidelines and resident preferences.
  • Ensure dining and kitchen areas are clean, sanitary, and welcoming.
  • Help with dishwashing and kitchen clean-up after meals.
  • Deliver meals and snacks to residents in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Monitor food temperatures and ensure food safety standards are maintained.
  • Interact with residents with kindness, respect, and a customer service mindset.
  • Follow all state, federal, and facility guidelines for food service operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or food service setting preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Compassionate, resident-centered approach to service.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
