Sales Associate

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Associate to help us grow our community and enhance our studio's vibrant atmosphere. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll engage with clients and promote our array of dance offerings, playing a key role in driving our mission to spread the joy of dance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Membership Sales: Proactively sell memberships and inform prospective clients about the benefits and features of our studio.

  • Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing high-quality customer service and building strong relationships.

  • Event and Class Registration: Assist in signing up children for various dance events and classes, ensuring a smooth and friendly registration process.

  • Merchandise Sales: Promote and sell our dance-related merchandise, contributing to studio revenue and enhancing our brand presence.

  • Social Media Management: Manage and execute daily posts on social media platforms, including stories and video content, to engage the community and promote our services.

  • Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed weekly sales targets through effective client interaction and promotional strategies.

  • Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and patience, ensuring a welcoming environment for all studio visitors.

Qualifications:

  • Over the Age of 21

-Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role preferred, but not required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Enthusiasm for working with children and creating a fun, inclusive environment.

  • Passion for promoting a healthy, active lifestyle.

  • Competency in using social media platforms, with a knack for creating engaging content.

  • Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • High school diploma required; further education or a background in dance is a plus.

  • Transportation required. Must own a car.

  • Bilingual required (Spanish and English)

Work Hours:

August 11th-June 15th

  • Monday: 12:30PM-Close (Around 9PM)/Rotates bi-weekly as a day off

  • Tuesday: 1PM-Close (Around 10PM)

  • Wednesday 1PM- Close (Around 9PM)

  • Thursdays: 1PM- Close (Around 10PM)

-Fridays: 1PM-Close(Around 8:30PM) /Rotates bi-weekly as a day off

  • Saturdays: 8AM-Close (Around 2PM)

-Sunday: OFF

June 15th-August 11th (Summer Camp)

Monday-Friday

7:30AM-3:30PM

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
