Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and organized
Web Design & Marketing Specialist
to manage our online presence and support our marketing initiatives. This in-office role will be responsible for designing and maintaining multiple company websites, creating digital and print marketing materials, managing social media content, and developing new marketing ideas to help showcase our projects and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Design & Maintenance:

  • Create, update, and maintain multiple company websites to ensure they remain current, visually appealing, and easy to navigate.
  • Regularly post project updates, photos, and service information.

Marketing & Branding:

  • Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to promote our construction services and recent projects.
  • Create graphics, flyers, and other visual materials for both online and print marketing efforts.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all materials and platforms.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage the company's Facebook page and other social media channels.
  • Develop engaging posts that highlight projects, company updates, and community involvement.
  • Respond to inquiries and monitor engagement metrics.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with company leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Track and report on website traffic, social media performance, and campaign results.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend new ideas.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in web design, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with website platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace.
  • Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Experience managing Facebook/social media pages and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
