Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, A-type creative leader who excels in graphic design, digital content creation, and team direction. This person will manage and oversee a team of designers, social media specialists, and web creators while also handling day-to-day client communication, creative execution, and project flow.

This role requires someone who is both artistically exceptional and operationally strong—a decisive leader who can take charge, collaborate effectively, and ensure consistent, high-quality output across all client projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Leadership & Design

  • Produce high-end graphic design for social media, web assets, branding, and marketing campaigns.
  • Set creative direction and maintain brand consistency across all client projects.
  • Review and approve design work from teammates (graphics, social media, websites, etc.).
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and direction to ensure professional-quality work.

Project & Team Management

  • Lead and coordinate the daily workflow of a multi-disciplinary creative team.
  • Manage deadlines, priorities, and delegation of tasks across designers, web developers, and social media staff.
  • Ensure projects move smoothly from concept → design → revision → delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of efficiency and accountability within the team.

Client Communication & Strategy

  • Communicate with clients daily regarding updates, deliverables, and creative direction.
  • Translate client needs into actionable creative tasks for the team.
  • Set expectations, offer professional guidance, and ensure clients feel supported and informed.
  • Present design concepts and revisions with clarity and confidence.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Exceptional graphic design ability with a strong portfolio (social media graphics required).
  • Proficient with Canva, Adobe Suite, and similar design tools.
  • Strong working knowledge of Shopify, Framer, WordPress, and web/landing page design.
  • Experience with social media layout design and posting workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage and guide a creative team.
  • Excellent communication skills—professional, proactive, and client-facing.
  • Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Confident, assertive, and detail-oriented "A-type" personality with collaborative spirit.

Compensation

  • $42,000 per year
