Senior Product Manager – Screenings Platform

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of secure tools for content sharing, review, and collaboration. You will oversee multiple products and features, connecting user needs, business goals, and technical execution. This role focuses on what and why to build, partnering with Product Owners and Engineering on how to deliver.

You will work closely with Operations, Technology, and Support teams to define priorities, gather requirements, and align work with the broader technology roadmap. The ideal candidate brings strong product strategy skills, technical fluency, and experience supporting complex, enterprise-scale platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and communicate a clear product roadmap.
  • Understand user needs, market trends, and platform requirements.
  • Lead discovery, translate needs into clear requirements, and write PRDs.
  • Partner with Operations, Technology, and Support to improve workflows and guide architecture and releases.
  • Define and prioritize high-impact features; partner with Product Owners on backlog alignment.
  • Use data and KPIs to measure success and drive improvements.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and achievements to leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, improved usability, and scalable integrations.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in product management or technical product ownership, ideally in media, streaming, or content technology.
  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale platforms across creative, operational, and technical teams.
  • Strong collaboration and influence across engineering, operations, and support.
  • Proven experience writing product documents and requirements, from concept through delivery.
  • Technical proficiency with APIs, integrations, and data-driven decision-making.

Preferred

  • Experience with secure streaming, content delivery, or digital media platforms.
  • Knowledge of content protection, authentication, and compliance.
  • Understanding of cloud-based media workflows and automation.
  • Ability to balance strategy, technical depth, and user needs in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with APIs, code reviews, and security assessments.
  • Familiarity with media lifecycle delivery and video security.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $ $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
