Sr. Product Designer
Overview:
Seeking a Senior Product Designer to craft intuitive, elegant digital experiences across web, mobile, and emerging platforms. This role will focus on enhancing post-booking and planning experiences, ensuring seamless and engaging journeys for users across multiple lines of business.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design, spanning UX and visual design.
- Expertise in creating responsive designs for web and mobile apps (iOS/Android).
- Proficiency in prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, XD, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of design best practices, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
- Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional team settings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to articulate design rationale to diverse audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence decisions through design thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user-centric digital experiences that align with business goals and brand standards.
- Lead design explorations from concept to delivery-problem identification, ideation, testing, and integration.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, research, and design teams to bring ideas to life.
- Deliver high-quality design assets, specifications, and documentation in alignment with established design systems.
- Build and present interactive prototypes to communicate design intent and validate concepts.
- Contribute to and evolve component libraries and design systems for scalability and consistency.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to inform and elevate design decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid visual design background with attention to detail and performance-oriented design.
- Experience with component libraries, scalable design systems, and mid- to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools or emerging tech platforms.
- Background in UX, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related design discipline.
- Interest in data-driven design and user research methodologies.
