About The Role
As a
Sr Product Specialist
, you will make an impact by contributing to innovative solutions and enhancing our product offerings. You will be a valued member of the Insurance team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and transformation processes.
In This Role, You Will
- Develop scalable product architecture aligned with business goals and industry standards in P&C Insurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate features and ensure reliable performance.
- Optimize systems with Selenium automation scripts using Java, Webservices XML, and ANSI SQL for efficient data management.
- Guide development teams through best practices, testing, and documentation across the project lifecycle.
- Continuously learn and apply emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities and user experience.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
- Expertise in SQL queries
- Strong experience in writing Selenium automation scripts using Java, Webservices XML, ANSI SQL, and InsuranceNow within the P&C Insurance domain
- Proven ability to design scalable architectures and solve complex problems with analytical precision
- Skilled communicator and effective collaborator across cross-functional, hybrid teams
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and performance

Salary And Other Compensation
Applications will be accepted until November 7, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $79,000 - $90,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
