We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team at Clothes Mentor. As the Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, promoting new products, and driving engagement through various social media channels. Your primary responsibility will be managing our Facebook and Instagram pages, creating compelling content, and fostering meaningful interactions with our audience. Partnership on other instore activities as needed.

· Responsibilities:

o Content Posting:

§ Develop and execute a social media content strategy that aligns with our corporate brand identity.

§ Create engaging and visually appealing posts to build brand awareness, promote new products, and advertise in-store events.

§ Post a minimum of three times per day on our social media platforms, ensuring consistency and quality in content delivery.

§ Utilize Corporate provided graphics and in-store product photos.

· Community Engagement:

o Monitor all social media pages, promptly respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

o Foster a positive and interactive online community by engaging with followers, addressing their concerns, and encouraging user-generated content.

o Stay updated on current social media trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve engagement and reach.

· Instagram Stories, Reels and Videos:

o Create compelling Instagram Stories and Reels that showcase our products, highlight promotions, and provide behind-the-scenes glimpses into our store.

o Experiment with creative features, stickers, and filters to enhance engagement and drive organic growth.

· Social Media Page Management:

o Regularly update and maintain all social media pages, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information about our store, including location, contact details, and operating hours.

o Monitor social media analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

· Requirements:

o Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.

o In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and other popular social media platforms.

o Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

o Strong creative and visual storytelling abilities.

o Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

o Up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

· Please include a portfolio or samples of previous social media work along with your application.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
