Job Description
The SeniorProduct Designer at Momentus Technologies is a key player on our design team, responsible for shaping the vision and execution of design across two major product lines. In this role, you will drive cohesive, user-centric design solutions for complex software products while establishing design excellence and consistency across both portfolios. You will be entrusted with complete ownership of the design process, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring our products are both functional and intuitive for users. This role requires close collaboration with design leadership, engineering teams, product managers, and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Execute the design vision and strategy across two product lines, ensuring exceptional user experiences for each product
- Lead the complete product design process for both products, from concept through implementation and iteration
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs across multiple product workstreams
- Implement and maintain design standards, patterns, and guidelines for each product, ensuring quality and consistency
- Conduct and oversee comprehensive user research and usability testing initiatives
- Partner with product managers and engineering teams to align on roadmaps, advocate for user needs, and ensure accurate execution of designs
- Identify opportunities for design improvements and system-level efficiencies within each product
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product design, with substantial experience designing complex B2B or enterprise software products
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, systems-level design, and a user-centered approach that has driven measurable business impact
- Expert proficiency in design tools like Figma, with deep understanding of design systems and component architecture
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
