Senior Product Manager

Our financial services client is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in Adobe Campaign (or Salesforce) and a strong background in communications technologies including email, SMS, push notifications, and chat.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, starting ASAP, with an initial term of 6 months and high likelihood of extension through 2026 or conversion to full-time (40 hrs/week).
Location Requirements: Candidates must reside within 50 miles of one of the following cities and able to work onsite at least 2 days a week (can work from home on the remaining days):
- Charlotte, NC
- Irving, TX
- New York, NY
- Baltimore, MD
- Wilmington, DE
The ideal candidate will be a strategic operator and hands-on contributor, capable of working closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Business Operations, Engineering, and Data Science. This role is critical to driving the roadmap and execution of external messaging capabilities for prospects and customers.
Senior Product Manager Responsibilities
- Lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of communications platform enhancements, with a focus on Adobe Campaign and other messaging technologies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize and manage campaign backlogs, technical requirements, and quarterly planning for SMS and Chat initiatives.
- Own and evolve the marketing technology backlog to enable timely, personalized communications.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and consensus across business and technical teams.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships for data integrations and platform maintenance.
- Deliver data-driven insights to inform product decisions and optimize communications strategies.
Senior Product Manager Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience, ideally in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Proven experience with Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, or similar communications platforms.
- Strong understanding of communications channels: email, SMS, push, and chat.
- Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders across marketing, engineering, and data science.
- Technical curiosity and comfort engaging with platform architecture and data sources.
- Experience in financial services or lending is preferred.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
