Join our team as a Front Desk Agent – Swing Shift In this role, you will be the first and lasting impression of our hotel, delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring smooth front desk operations during evening hours. You will create memorable experiences for our guests through professionalism, attention to detail, and a welcoming presence. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests and efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems professionally, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and billing using IHG property management systems.
  • Conduct night audits by reconciling daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide personalized guest services, including concierge support, local recommendations, and special requests.
  • Uphold IHG's service standards and brand values, fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere throughout your shift.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality management is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and night audit procedures is an advantage.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for engaging with diverse guests.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of guest relations and hotel operations supports delivering IHG's exceptional guest experiences.
