We have an opening for a Setter for The Consistent $10K This is an independent contractor role.

What you'll be doing:

  • Engage with warm leads and prospects via DM, social media posts, and other outbound channels to start conversations and build genuine rapport.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and book calls directly for our team of Closers.
  • Follow up with leads who have shown interest but haven't yet booked, using personalized messages and consistent outreach.
  • Track all lead interactions and follow-up activity inside our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Closers and Sales Manager to ensure high-quality pipeline flow and alignment on messaging.

Skills you'll need:

  • Excellent written communication - you can write clear, concise, emotionally intelligent messages that connect quickly.
  • Natural conversationalist with a high emotional IQ - you can "read the room" and guide a lead confidently without sounding pushy.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and conversations simultaneously without dropping details.
  • Desire to check-in frequently and respond to DMs quickly in order to secure a lead's trust and get them to book a call
  • Proactive and disciplined - you don't wait to be told what to do, you take initiative to hit your goals every day.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Slack, and Google Workspace to stay organized and communicate with the team.
  • Coachable and open to feedback.

We'd love you to have:

  • Prior experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer communication (especially in digital program or coaching environments).
  • Understanding of social media platforms and online business owners' challenges.

Compensation

$600 USD /month + $100 USD per booked call.

(With performance-based growth opportunities as the team expands.)
