Base Salary: $50,000 per year (depending on experience)

We're seeking a highly motivated and accountable Branch Manager to lead our Colorado Springs operations, a well-established branch ready for growth under the right leadership.

Training & Onboarding

  • 45 days of paid training at Excel Roofing's Denver Headquarters
  • Direct mentorship from ownership and senior leadership
  • Full support from accounting, production, and marketing departments
  • Long term leadership position based in Colorado Springs, CO

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and develop Project Managers and branch staff
  • Oversee daily branch operations, job flow, and scheduling
  • Conduct roof inspections, review estimates, and ensure profitability
  • Manage project quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Track KPIs and provide weekly performance reports to corporate leadership
  • Build relationships with insurance agents, property managers, and referral partners
  • Represent Excel Roofing in local community and networking events
  • Uphold company values of discipline, ownership, and service

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in roofing, construction, or insurance restoration
  • Proven leadership and operational management skills
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem solving abilities
  • Familiarity with JobNimbus, Xactimate, or similar CRM or estimating tools
  • Ability to perform roof inspections and coordinate crews effectively
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of $50,000 per year depending on experience
  • Commission and annual performance bonuses (Average $70-120k/yr)
  • Company truck, fuel, tools, and technology provided

  • 45 day paid training program in Denver

Schedule

Peak Season (March through December): 5 to 6 days per week, 8 to 10 hours per day

Off Season (January and February): lighter schedule focused on training, warranty, and business development
