Promotion Store LLC. is seeking a Bookkeeper/Administrator. Office located in Ormond Beach FL . Experience in the Event Marketing and Manufacturing industry preferred. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, proficient knowledge of computers, to work on a flexible schedule.

About Position:

Par-time bookkeeper. The individual will manage all aspects of the office's books: accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, preparation of financial statements, and payroll.

Will coordinate with an outside accountant who files quarterly tax reports and tax returns. Must be proficient with Quick Books, reliable, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Execution of monthly billing using Quick Books.
  • Interact with customers and service providers (FedEx, Vendors).
  • Review and keep track of customer contracts, Vendor Contracts & Purchase Orders.
  • Reports to: CEO and Office Manager

Daily activities but not limited to:

  • Recording all receipts and invoices in QB
  • Payroll for 4+ Employees and Sub-contractors weekly
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Correspondence

Requirements:

  • 2+ years working in a collaborative, team-oriented office environment
  • QuickBooks (QB Certificate is preferred)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Typing/keyboard skills of 45 wpm
  • Self-directed, takes initiative in seeking efficiencies of processes, follow-through on implementation
  • Demonstrates analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be honest, discreet, and trustworthy
  • Excel knowledge
  • File creation and maintenance using cloud
  • Monitoring Emails
  • Maintaining Task list and Follow up
  • A/P, A/R General Ledger
  • Drug-free workplace and criminal background check

Benefits:

  • Compensation: Weekly Rate of $15 hr. depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule:

  • Part-Time - 4-hour shift
  • Pick your schedule
  • Monday to Friday
  • Workweek with flexibility - Weekends Off
