Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The Mortgage Loan Officer will guide clients through the mortgage loan process, from the initial inquiry to loan closing. Responsibilities include evaluating loan applications, providing accurate financial advice, ensuring compliance with lending regulations, and communicating with borrowers, underwriters, and related parties to facilitate transactions. The role also involves building relationships with clients, maintaining knowledge of mortgage industry trends, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as Loan Officers and proficiency in the Mortgage Industry
  • Knowledge of Mortgage Lending processes and Underwriting practices
  • Strong Customer Service skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with mortgage loan software systems is a plus
  • Licensure as a Mortgage Loan Officer or willingness to obtain required licensing

Pay

  • 275 BPS
  • $995 Broker fee per loan
  • $400 Downline bonus per closed loan
  • No cap
