Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mortgage JV, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent to our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies that align with our mission of delivering exceptional client experiences while maximizing revenue through compliant operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate potential employees to ensure alignment with company values and culture.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed records of all applicant interactions to ensure a consistent, high-quality talent funnel.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  • Partner closely with Management and Venture Partners to understand hiring needs.
  • Utilize social media and other platforms for lead generation and talent acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with employment labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
  • Facilitate employee orientation and training development programs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting, preferably within the mortgage or real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of employment labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
  • Experience with employee evaluation techniques and succession planning is a plus.
