Hyundai-Mobis Parts Miami (MPMI), LLC, a subsidiary of Hyundai MOBIS, is a Tier 1 OEM genuine auto parts and accessories supplier to Hyundai, Kia and Genesis distributors throughout the South American, Central American, and Caribbean markets. We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our Miami, FL team.

Sales forecasting, financial report creation, report analysis
Expert level skills: Power Point, Excel, Power BI, MS Office Suite
Support all Sales/Marketing activities and campaigns, to achieve target goals for sales, accessories, and aftermarket parts.

Creating reports and presentations on various sales data
SUMMARY:
Being integral member of Sales/Marketing/Planning team for MPMI and involved in setting the course for the operation
Managing sales/orders receiving target and achievement on regular basis including :
- Forecasting sales and orders receiving by quantitative measures
- Planning strategies/tactics to support sales/orders receiving target achievement
- Analyzing actual performance and devising countermeasures by quantitative measures
- Breaking down by country/distributor for items described above
- Negotiating shipping terms such FOB/CIF and time in transit.
- Reporting sales plan/achievement for all assigned categories
Managing customer care related issues including :
- Responding to daily issues such as backorder and organizing customer response
- Communicating with distributors on a daily/weekly basis via a ticket system
- Coordinating operational issues related to customer response among internal/external parties
- Escalating important order issues from distributors to management in a timely manner
Managing market response including :
- Monitoring market situation like gray parts impact and collecting market information
- Collaborating with Marketing Department to implement marketing promotions and market protective actions in various areas involved
- Leading communication with stakeholders including HMC/KMC and distributors
- Leading MPMI efforts to monitor and improve distributor performance including working downstream at the distributor level to achieve annual sales target
Managing customer payment including :
- Monitoring payment status closely and reporting issues to related parties and management in prior
- Devising countermeasures immediately in case of occurring over-due account receivables
Managing regular/irregular sales activities of sales department members and motivating a team
- Supervising daily operation and directing tactics/strategies
- Coaching and training sales representatives of the team
Leading parts business development for sustainable growth including :
- Analyzing markets by quantitative measures and finding new sales channels/markets
- Deriving structural business problems and proposing new opportunities
- Benchmarking industry leaders and innovating our business structure

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions
- Reporting all relevant reports of sales/orders receiving described above to management regularly
- International business travel to visit distributors, customers, trade-shows, and conventions.
- Forecasting sales and orders receiving by quantitative measures
- Planning strategies/tactics to support sales/orders receiving target achievement
- Analyzing actual performance and devising countermeasures by quantitative measures
- Reporting all relevant reports of customer related issues to management timely
- Responding to daily issues such as backorder and organizing customer response
- Coordinating operational issues related to customer response among internal/external parties
- Enhancing customer satisfaction such as FTA benefit etc.
- Reporting all relevant reports of market related response to management proactively
- Monitoring market situation like gray impact and collecting market information
- Collaborating with Marketing Department to implement marketing promotions
- Leading communication with stakeholders including HMC/KMC and distributors
- Supporting MPMI efforts to monitor and improve distributor performance including working downstream at the distributor level to achieve annual sales target
- Reporting all relevant reports of payment issues to management in prior to occasion

- Developing and implementing corrective actions for underperforming distributors
- Leading sales promotions and supporting sales rep to launch all promotions on time
- Creating promotions schemes to increase parts sales as well as support customers
- Preparing surveys and communication letters to distributors
- Providing timely and effective solutions aligned with customers' needs
- Special projects as required
- All other duties assigned by management
- Preparing presentation materials to communicate with customers and HMC/KMC
Nonessential Functions
- Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company's discretion.
Qualifications:
Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or Marketing.
- MBA is a plus
- 5+ years overall experience in sales management, preferably in the Auto Industry.
- Automotive experience in international aftersales business is strongly recommended
- Work experience in Latin/South American countries is strongly recommended
- 3+ years experience leading a team required
Skills
- Experienced effectively interfacing internally and externally with key customers including upper-level executives
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills, effective managing a field organization and good mentoring and coaching ability
- Communication and negotiation skills including presentation abilities
- Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish required - read, write, speak
- Expert in Microsoft programs such as: Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI and Outlook.
- The candidate must be able to interpret, resolve and disseminate information related to sales & marketing
- Must be able prepare intermediate to advanced reports by quantitative measures
- Driven to meet and exceed customer's expectations
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50%.
- Travel is required 25-50%
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds chest high
