Job Overview:

A small, family-owned property management company in the South Bay is looking for a reliable and organized part-time administrative assistant to provide personal clerical and organizational support directly to the owner.

The owner is seeking an extra hand to help with bills, paperwork, scheduling, and staying organized. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, managing details, and providing dependable one-on-one support. Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain files, invoices, and receipts
  • Assist with bill payments
  • Handle phone calls, correspondence, and scheduling
  • Keep office records and documents up to date
  • Provide general administrative support directly to the owner as needed

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Proven administrative experience with strong organizational skills
  • Strong calendar management abilities using Microsoft Outlook Calendar or similar tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong phone etiquette and professional communication style
  • Reliable, patient, and trustworthy
  • Strong time management and follow-through
  • Technologically savvy — comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and online bill payment systems
  • Experience handling bills or light bookkeeping preferred
  • Positive attitude and proactive work ethic
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Schedule:

  • Part-time: approximately 4–5 hours per day, 3 days per week
  • Flexible daytime hours (Monday–Friday)

Compensation:

  • $25-35 per hour, depending on experience
