  • GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Responsible for auditing and reporting on supplier quality performance across Intel and AMD operations. Ensures compliance with specifications, manages defect investigations, and supports production and receiving teams through data collection, reporting, and communication with suppliers.

  • ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Daily Responsibilities

  • Perform SQA inspections for Intel and AMD materials and release results in SAP.
  • Request SAP block from Warehouse and notify suppliers if defects are found.B. Complete CSI (CPU and Heatsink) report using receipt data from Receiving (Intel only).
  • Enter data into a spreadsheet for all received lines.C. Generate CPU, HS, FG receiving report for Intel (SAP to Excel) for the warehouse supervisor.

    D. Inspect MRB rejects (Intel only).
  • Sort defects, prepare return and scrap pallets.
  • Email Warehouse to block part numbers and notify suppliers for returns/replacements.E. Investigate and resolve production quality issues for Intel and AMD.

    F. Collect and report Daily Management Production Quality KPIs for both clients.

Monthly Responsibilities

  • Prepare AMD Monthly Quality Report.

    B. Generate Supplier Scorecards for Intel and AMD.

As-Needed Responsibilities

  • Communicate internally and with suppliers via email regarding quality issues.

    B. Conduct FAI/NPI inspections and reporting for Intel and AMD.

  • Includes specification review and measurement of raw parts.C. Review and maintain documentation annually.

    D. Support ad-hoc tasks such as sorting, inspecting materials, and special projects.

  • WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Work performed in office, warehouse, and production environments.

    B. Exposure to packaging materials, light dust, and moderate noise.

    C. Frequent use of computer systems (SAP, Excel) and inspection tools.

    D. Requires walking, lifting, and standing throughout the day.

Requirements:

  • POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

    B. Experience in supplier quality auditing or inspection roles.

    C. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft applications.

    D. Good communication and organizational skills.

    E. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

    F. Familiarity with FAI/NPI processes and documentation.

  • TYPICAL SCHEDULE

  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (subject to workload and QEND season demands).

    B. Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods or when urgent issues arise.
