About the Role:

We're looking for an organized and energetic Event Assistant to support our marketing and promotions team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in fast-paced environments, assisting with event coordination, and ensuring smooth on-site experiences for guests and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in event setup, registration, and logistics coordination.
  • Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and participants.
  • Help manage event materials, displays, and inventory.
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure a professional presentation.
  • Collect feedback and assist with post-event reporting.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
