As a Director, Marketplace Strategy you will launch and scale new co-sell capabilities leveraging AI and agents, activate AI-powered go-to-market (GTM) motions, and align Marketplace investments with Microsoft's broader AI strategy. You'll use a consultant-like, data-driven approach to be an industry leader in digital commerce and partner innovation aligned with GCPS priorities. You'll orchestrate cross-functional execution across business groups, champion stakeholder success, and embed compliance and regulatory integrity into every program you lead. 

The Director, Marketplace Strategy performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activities which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget. This role has project management responsibility and no direct reports. This job manages specific projects that have a distinct beginning and end. This role acts as a trusted advisor to management, leadership, and to internal Microsoft and external partners, driving clarity and impact across your team. The role puts partners first, leveraging best practices and training that deliver results on time and on budget.
