A Day in the Life
The
Senior Director of Global Marketing, Digital Health
is a key member of the Global Marketing leadership team and is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global strategy that drives the adoption of the company's Digital Health portfolio. This role plays a pivotal part in advancing technologies that are transforming continuous patient monitoring and empowering clinicians and healthcare systems around the world.

This leader will shape the future of digital healthcare marketing through strategic vision, strong regional collaboration, and a deep understanding of customer needs—ensuring commercial excellence, sustainable growth, and meaningful patient impact.

Global Strategy & Market Leadership
Develop and execute a global marketing strategy that accelerates adoption of Digital Health solutions and aligns with ACM's vision to improve patient safety and outcomes through connected care technologies.

Drive strategic initiatives that enhance brand awareness, market penetration, and commercial performance across diverse global healthcare markets.

Drive global Marketing Product Management, and collaborate with Clinical, R&D, and Regional Marketing teams to create compelling value propositions, differentiated positioning, and successful product launches.

Regional Engagement
Provide strategic market, pricing, and product positioning guidance to regional partners to achieve strong growth and sustainable financial performance. Drive alignment and partnership on local campaigns and programs that promote key technologies and advance critical procedural adoption.

Ensure global strategies are effectively localized to address regional market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.

Represent Customer Voice
Serve as the champion of the customer within the organization—capturing and communicating insights on customer behaviors, needs, and market intelligence. Provide critical marketing input to inform product design and functionality for both current and future offerings. Works with R&D product owners to shape product roadmap. Offer feedback on the commercial viability of innovation concepts within the New Product Development process.

Go-to-Market Excellence
Lead the creation and execution of go-to-market plans that include segmentation, positioning, pricing, promotional campaigns, and digital engagement strategies. Leverage data and analytics to measure performance, assess ROI, and identify new market opportunities. Represent the company externally at global conferences, trade shows, and thought-leadership forums to strengthen the company's presence in the digital health ecosystem.

Team Development & Leadership
Invest in and develop top marketing talent, building the next generation of marketing leaders within the organization. Encourage the creation and execution of individual development plans, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to support professional growth.

Foster a culture that embraces creativity, diversity, and smart risk-taking, while strengthening both functional and technical marketing competencies. Inspire a high-performing team culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

Qualifications

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 15+ years (13+ with a graduate degree) of demonstrated success commercializing innovative products and growing markets in medical grade, connected care technologies in marketing (or related functions of sales and business development) with 10+ years of demonstrated success directly leading marketing teams to commercialize innovation and develop markets for medical grade, connected care technologies globally.

  • Track record of driving results in downstream marketing capacities

  • High level of financial acumen, forecasting and budget management
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning
  • Strong understanding of clinical practices and product performance
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, R&D or similar degree essential, MBA desired
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze and complete financial/profitability analysis, project sales forecasts, and quantitative market segmentation models
  • Highly effective verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively coach and lead others
  • Recognize the importance of building and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships
  • Willing to travel globally (35%).
  • Excellent IT skills, including all Microsoft packages

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$228, $342,000.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

This position is eligible for an annual long-term incentive plan.

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to all regular employees: Incentive plans, 401(k) plan plus employer contribution and match, Short-term disability, Paid time off, Paid holidays, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Non-qualified Retirement Plan Supplement (subject to IRS earning minimums), and Capital Accumulation Plan (available to Vice Presidents and above, or subject to IRS earning minimums).
