We specialize in intensive rehab for patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, multiple trauma, and complex orthopedic conditions.About the RoleWe’re seeking an experienced hospital Director of Marketing & Business Development (DMBD) to lead our hospital’s marketing, public relations, and business development strategies. This role drives census growth manages the Marketing and Admissions team and strengthens hospital visibility and referral relationships.Our interdisciplinary team of therapists, nurses, and physicians delivers personalized care using advanced therapy programs, an indoor therapy pool, and modern rehabilitation spaces—all designed to promote recovery and independence.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing, PR, and sales initiativesManage and mentor the Marketing and Business Development teamDevelop strategies to achieve census and admissions goalsBuild relationships with referral sources and community partnersCollaborate with clinical leadership to promote new programs and servicesWhat You BringExperience in healthcare (hospital or sales setting preferred)Clinical background required (PTA, PT, OT, RN, or RT) - PreferredProven leadership and relationship-building skillsStrong client service and marketing experiencePharmaceutical sales experience a plusValid driver’s license and ability to travel as neededWhy Join Lafayette Regional Rehabilitation HospitalAt LRRH, you’ll find a supportive, patient-focused culture and a strong sense of purpose.
