About the Role

ID-Tech Solutions is seeking a tech savvy and people-focused Executive Account Manager, to handle client accounts and maintain strong day-to-day relationships. This role requires strong customer service skills to manage accounts effectively, along with a solid general technical background to understand the technologies we work with. The ideal candidate is personable, socially adept, and passionate about technology, with the ability to connect with people and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
  • Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
  • Monitor accounts, ensure client satisfaction & strengthen relationships.
  • Represent the company professionally and positively in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Technical background/knowledge sufficient to understand and discuss technology solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to connect well with people.
  • Passion for technology and eagerness to learn.
  • Prior account management or client-facing experience is preferred.
  • Organized, proactive, and client focused.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $60,000 – $80,000 (based on experience).
  • Commission structure in addition to base salary.

Schedule

Full-Time/In Person

Pay: $60, $80,000.00 per year
