About The Role We're currently looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join our Projects & Solutions Team. This high-level role oversees new client onboardings and major project execution while also working alongside our sales team to scope and design IT solutions for prospective clients.

If you're passionate about strategy, project delivery, and solution architecture — and have the technical chops to back it up — we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Manage all phases of IT projects for new and existing clients, from scoping through execution. Lead internal project engineers and oversee timelines, deliverables, and quality of work. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure project success. Own documentation, scheduling, and task assignment across multiple simultaneous projects. Serve as the technical lead during the sales process to help scope, design, and present solutions. Evaluate client environments and translate business needs into technical project plans. Write or contribute to statements of work (SOWs), infrastructure diagrams, and proposals. What You Bring 4+ years of experience as a senior-level IT engineer (MSP experience strongly preferred) 2+ years of experience managing IT projects or leading technical implementation efforts Experience designing and executing Microsoft 365 and Azure-based solutions Familiarity with Intune, AVD, DNS, and server infrastructure Strong interpersonal skills (communication, active listening, customer care) Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Desire to grow Bonus If You Have Experience with ConnectWise Manage or similar platforms PMP or other project management certifications Experience building SOWs or presenting technical solutions to clients Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive pay with performance bonuses Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401k Savings Plan Supportive team environment with growth opportunities Schedule In-person only Monday-Thursday: 9:00 am
