We're currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Infant Teacher to join our team and help provide loving care to our littlest learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Lead Infant Teacher with daily routines, feedings, diaper changes, and activities.
  • Maintain a warm, responsive, and safe classroom environment at all times.
  • Engage with infants through songs, play, and early sensory experiences to promote development.
  • Observe and document milestones to support individualized growth.
  • Communicate daily with parents and staff in a positive and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with Bright from the Start and center policies.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience working with infants in a licensed childcare center preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Ability to lift 25–30 lbs and maintain flexibility throughout the day.
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and love for children are a must

Schedule:

  • Full-Time Only
  • Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
