K&K Precision is looking for a motivated Quality Engineer to join our team and help ensure our manufacturing operations consistently deliver top-quality products. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Support manufacturing operations by working closely with cross-functional teams and managers
  • Address product issues quickly with corrective and preventive actions
  • Conduct audits of manufacturing processes and our Quality Management System
  • Develop, implement, and maintain inspection and control plans
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data from production and customer feedback to spot trends and improvement opportunities
  • Partner with suppliers to ensure raw materials and components meet company standards

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (engineering preferred)
  • 2+ years of quality engineering experience
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, including GD&T
  • Familiar with problem-solving tools (Six Sigma, 8D, 5 Why)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience with metrology and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) a plus
