K&K Precision is growing — and we're looking for a motivated Quality Engineer to help us keep raising the bar. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our manufacturing operations consistently deliver exceptional, precision-built products.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support production and quality initiatives
  • Identify and address product issues using corrective and preventive actions
  • Conduct internal audits and maintain our Quality Management System
  • Develop and implement inspection and control plans
  • Analyze production and customer feedback data to uncover trends and improvement opportunities
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet our standard

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering or related field preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or a related role
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, including GD&T
  • Familiarity with quality tools such as Six Sigma, 8D, and 5 Why
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with metrology and CMMs is a plus

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
