About Us:

G90 Engineering is a group of manufacturing engineering specialists providing NPI Process development, turnkey machine cells, and automation/custom machines. We pride ourselves in providing our clients with high-tech, efficient, and lasting innovation in their manufacturing processes.

At G90 we have a full machine shop supported with mill-turn, multi-axis milling, and fabrication for machine build and assembly. Our in-house R&D shop is designed around manufacturing our own tooling, simulating customers manufacturing processes, and supporting customers with contract manufacturing/machine to print requirements for first-run startup and reverse engineering critical spare parts.

Who are we looking for?

Highly motivated, self-starter. This role will always have support available, but will need to perform their own setups, in-process quality checks, and develop processes with minimal supervision.

This position would be an excellent fit for someone eager to learn multiple machines and controls, can work on-site at customer facilities, and is eager to enhance their skillset. This person will be expected to rapidly learn, retain, and apply new concepts day-to-day.

Required Skills

  • CNC Mill & lathe experience
  • Strong GD&T knowledge and in-process inspection techniques
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in both metric and imperial measurement systems
  • Experience working in an ISO 9001/AS9100 environment
  • Be constantly open to growth and new experience

Compensation

Salary based on aptitude, health/dental/vision, 401k, 2 mandatory weeks PTO + Vacation Time.

Candidates must be a US Citizen and will be required to provide proof of knowledge during the interview process and may include setup and running machines.
